1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vytafix platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2Eligibility & Age Limits
Vytafix is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are classified as a minor/child under the DPDP Act 2023, and you may not create an account or submit personal health data on Vytafix without verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to perform age-verification checks. Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 without verifiable parental consent will be suspended immediately.
3Description of Service
Vytafix is a digital health dashboard that utilizes AI models to read, parse, and extract blood marker values from uploaded medical lab reports. The platform stores these values to allow you to track your health indicators over time.
4Medical Disclaimer
Vytafix does not provide medical advice. The AI-extracted health biomarkers, analyses, graphs, and educational insights presented on the platform are for informational and health-tracking purposes only.
They do not constitute professional medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on Vytafix.
5User Accounts & Family Data
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Family Profiles & Consent
Our platform permits you to create sub-profiles for your family members to manage their lab reports. By creating a family member profile, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained their explicit permission to store and manage their health data on Vytafix.
- You will delete their profile and associated reports immediately if they request you to do so.
6Termination & Account Deletion
You can delete your account and withdraw your consent at any time through the “Privacy & Data” controls in your settings.
Account Deletion Rules:
- Family Data Removal: When your primary account is deleted, all family member profiles and records managed by you are permanently deleted from our live systems.
- 30-Day SLA: In line with our Privacy Policy, data will be purged across our database, cache, and third-party vendor systems within 30 days of the request.
7Intellectual Property
All content, features, logos, AI parsing algorithms, design systems, and software code on Vytafix are the exclusive property of Vytafix Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the services for personal, non-commercial use.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vytafix, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on any biomarker interpretations, inaccuracies in AI model data extraction, or unauthorized access to reports.
9Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
